The television personality, who shot to fame following her appearance on Channel 4's 'Benefits Street', has been in a relationship with the DJ for just a few months, but they have known each other for six years.
They first met at a party in 2008, and speaking to The Sun, 43-year-old Dee commented: "I think he's the one."
She added: "I'd been telling my friend I thought Mark was a bit of alright. He was telling his mates I was fit."
If the reports are true, it is not clear when they will tie the knot.
