The former Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star is currently taking part in this year's Dancing with the Stars and it was on the show when he announced the news.
Following his latest dance routine on Monday night's show, the 43-year-old's wife and one-year-old son were supporting him in the audience when he said: "My son, it's his first birthday today, so I'm so happy that he's here with me. And as a wonderful present, my wife and I decided to get him a little brother or sister.
"We're having a baby! I wanted to announce it here on the show because I just wanted to say thank you to all the fans and say I love my wife."
Riberio is also a father to Sienna, 12, from his relationship with ex-wife Robin Stapler.
