Kelly Rowland Welcomes First Child

Kelly Rowland and her husband Tim Witherspoon have welcomed their first child.

The couple's son was born on Tuesday at 1.30pm.

The singer confirmed the news in a short statement to People magazine.

The 33-year-old said: "We are thrilled to announce that today we are the proud parents of our first son. We are blessed to report everyone is healthy and happy!"


They have named their son Titan Jewell.

Rowland tied the knot with her manager, Witherspoon, in a low-key ceremony in May. The couple have been in a relationship since 2011 and announced their engagement in December last year. In June 2014, just weeks after marrying, the pair confirmed they were expecting their first child together.
