Her comments come after the pair were spotted together in London last week, fuelling speculation that they were going to give their marriage another try.
McLean, 33, has now spoken out about the claims however, telling the MailOnline that she is not going back to Williams.
She said: "There is no going back for me – the marriage is dead. He killed it by what he did in Las Vegas."
She added: "He says he has made the biggest mistake of his life and has pleaded with me, 'Take me back.'
"What is done is done. He has treated me appallingly and I just don't feel the same way about him as I used to.
"We had such a great marriage and two lovely boys but I just don't feel the same. Part of me will always love him but I cannot be his wife any more. We will always stay friends for the sake of the boys."
Earlier this year, video footage revealed Williams, who runs a concierge business in Las Vegas, getting close to a mystery female. It was later alleged that he had been unfaithful to his wife while he was in the US city. In July, McLean suggested the couple were going through a troubled patch when she publicly appealed via Twitter for her husband to come home to her and their two children. Due to his business, Williams can spend weeks at a time in the US and it is thought on this occasion, he had failed to return home when he said he would.
McLean and Williams tied the knot in June 2009. They have two sons together, Rocky, eight, and four-year-old Striker.
