Gemma Collins 'Planned To Start Family'

Gemma Collins has said she had planned to have a baby next year.

The Only Way Is Essex star made the revelation during an interview with the official TOWIE website. However, she added that her family plans suffered a setback following the breakdown of her relationship.

Collins, 34, believed she had found 'The One' to settle down and start a family with, only for their romance to end, leaving her single. She does not reveal the identity of her former partner, but insists that she is now moving on and looking for love once again.

She told the website: "I'm definitely looking for love again. Obviously I went through a terrible time, a sad time.

"I met someone who I thought was the love of my life. I was planning to have a baby next year and it's all gone wrong. But is it fate?

"I'm back in Essex now, hanging out with Bobby and looking for boys."

Most recently, Collins was a contestant on this year's series of 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!', however she only lasted three days in the jungle before quitting. Following her departure, she later admitted her head wasn't in "the right space". She did not explain the reasons as to why this was, but it has been said that the reality television star was allegedly attacked by her then-boyfriend, shortly before she flew to Australia.
