The couple tied the knot on Friday (2 January).
It is thought the pair's family and close friends were in attendance for the ceremony. The following day, the newlyweds then held a lavish party at Aynhoe Park, a stately home in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire.
A spokesperson for the 46-year-old Take That singer confirmed the wedding to the MailOnline. They said: "I can confirm Howard Donald and Katie Halil were married at a private ceremony for close family and friends on January 2."
Donald and his wife, an illustrator, first met in 2008 when the 'man band' filmed a Christmas advert for Marks & Spencer, however they did not start dating until 2010. It is the first marriage for the singer, who has two daughters – Grace and Lola – from previous relationships.
