The comedian made the announcement via his official Facebook page.
He wrote: "What a week! After a worrying few days at St Mary's Hospital in Manchester, I would like to welcome Arnie Van Damme Sergio Yaya Barry Bat-Manford to this world.
"A beautiful 7 pound 10 girl! Mum & baby doing very well!
"A massive thank you to all the incredible staff at St Mary's who were gloriously brilliant."
A spokesperson for the 33-year-old later confirmed the news.
This is the first child for Manford and his partner, Lucy Dyke. He is also a father to five-year-old twins, a four-year-old daughter and two-year-old son with his ex-wife Catherine. The couple separated amicably in 2013, prior to the comedian's relationship with Ms Dyke.
