The couple tied the knot in December 2008, and according to RadarOnline, it was Edenborough, 36, to filed for separation. The publication has said she has cited "irreconcilable differences" as a reason.
She has also reportedly asked for 56-year-old Oldman to pay for spousal support as well as her attorney fees. However, she has also requested that her partner does not receive spousal support.
The couple do not have any children together.
This will be the fourth time Oldman has divorced.
