Both women are currently appearing in the latest series of Celebrity Big Brother, but famously had a falling out in 2002 when Price started dating footballer Dwight Yorke – at the same time as he was said to have been in a relationship with Douvall.
On Sunday's episode of the show, the two women decided to discuss their past, when Douvall spoke of her ex-boyfriend.
She said: "He was alright, just a charmer and had an amazing body", to which 36-year-old Price replied: "I can't remember."
When the model followed it up with the question: "Did you go to his house?", Douvall honestly answered: "I lived with him, while he was with you. That's what launched my career."
It was also revealed that both women had also dated Dane Bowers, with Alicia claiming that Dane also cheated on her with Price.
