The television personality confirmed the news to Heat magazine, and comes two days after Ward posted a photo to Instagram where a diamond ring could be spotted on her ring finger. She captioned the snap: "BIRTHDAY SPARKLE... I have decided to stick with love, hate is too great a burden to bear. Happy Martin Luther King Day."
The couple first confirmed their romance in September 2012 when they were spotted on holiday together in St Tropez.
