The model, who is married to footballer Peter Crouch, is currently expecting the couple's second child, but has admitted it hasn't been a smooth pregnancy so far.
Speaking to The Times newspaper, the 29-year-old admitted she had been suffering from severe morning sickness.
She added: "One part of your brain is going, 'Oh my God, I'm so blessed, it's a miracle', and the other half is going, 'I can't bear this, I'm so fat, I'm ugly, I've got headaches, I've got spots, I feel sick.'
"Pete's not too happy with me moaning every two seconds [and] the perks – the big boobs and that – he can't go anywhere near because they're too painful."
She has also been suffering from severe morning sickness, and in an attempt to stop the nausea, has found herself constantly snacking on lots of carbohydrates.
Clancy and Crouch, 33, started dating in 2006. In July 2009, the couple announced their engagement. Their first child, a daughter named Sophia, was born in March 2011, and that June, the couple married at Stapleford Park Hotel Leicestershire. In December 2014, Clancy confirmed she was pregnant with her second child, due in April.
