Johnny Vegas and his wife Maia Dunphy have announced they are expecting their first child together.
The couple revealed the news via Twitter – where Dunphy shared an ultrasound scan of their baby, with a miniature pint of Guinness photoshopped onto its belly.
The 38-year-old television presenter captioned the image: "Well Johnny, at least we know he's definitely yours."
Her partner also took to the social networking site to reply: "No need for a DNA test then, or for Maia to splash out on expensive maternity gear, just borrow my jeans."
Vegas and Dunphy married in April 2011 and this will be their first child together. Vegas, 44, is also a father to a 10-year-old son from his previous marriage to Catherine 'Kitty' Donnelly. The couple married in August 2002 and their divorce was finalised in March 2008, after the couple had lived apart for more than two years.
