The declaration comes just weeks after she was alleged to have ended their romance when Falcone admitted on TOWIE that he was unsure about his relationship status with McVey.
At the time, Falcone, 27, was talking to his co-star Ferne McCann as they met in a florist to select Mother's Day flowers. The conversation soon came around to the star's relationship with McVey. However, despite having previously spoke of his love for his girlfriend, when questioned about his current relationship status, Falcone said: "It's just complicated at the minute. I don't know, there's still more to talk about me and her, and sort of establish where exactly we are."
McCann then asked him if he wanted to be set up on a date with Chloe Lewis, to which he replied: "You can't set me up with her yet. She's a very pretty girl there's no denying that. She would be my type, yeah. He [Jake Hall] should be counting his lucky stars that I'm not single because I will crack on with the ex."
His girlfriend then took to Twitter once the episode aired to hit out at Falcone. The 26-year-old wrote: "Yes @Mario_Falcone did meet me straight after that scene with @fernemccann Be happy with your Essex girl I'm far too good for that."
She later tweeted: "You slate your friends for disrespecting people for air time. Wow @Mario_Falcone you almost fooled me."
However, it now appears the couple are back on good terms as McVey took to her Instagram account on Tuesday to share a romantic message with her other half.
The text said: "Being a boyfriend is more than just sending your girl "I love you & I miss you" texts, giving flowers & gifts on important dates, or calling your girl babe. It's something deeper than that. Being romantic & these things are part of it. But that's just things visible to others.
"Being a boyfriend is being an emotional partner. It's being there for your girl when she needs a helping hand, there to listen to her stories & her day, being there to guide her on what is right & wrong. To make her FEEL loved.
"Her problem is your problem. Her tears are your tears. Her happiness is your happiness. That's what I think is the meaning of a boyfriend."
She then captioned the message with her own words, which read: "This made me smile, a lot. My absolute everything, my soulmate, the one person who understands me. The person I can be myself with, who wipes away my tears. We can face the hardest times and come out stronger than ever. It's amazing how one event can make you realise so much. You are my rock and I'm thankful for everything @mario_falcone17 ❤️".
