The Saturdays' singer was forced to announce she was expecting just weeks into her pregnancy, as the severity of her morning sickness meant she had to pull out of the Strictly Come Dancing tour.
The 26-year-old later said she was suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum.
Now, in a new interview with OK! magazine, has revealed that she has also had trouble sleeping.
"I kept waking up at 2am and I just couldn't get back to sleep," she told the publication. "I was really tired looking after Parker and going to work."
She added: "The stomach cramps have made me feel quite uncomfortable but they're completely normal during pregnancy – it's another reassuring sign that my baby is getting bigger."
This will be the second child for Frankie and her husband, footballer Wayne Bridge. The couple have been in a relationship since December 2010. In May 2013, they confirmed they were expecting their first child together. The news came just weeks after they announced their engagement. That October, the pair welcomed a son, Parker.
In July 2014, the couple tied the knot at Woburn Abbey in Bedfordshire.
