Charlize Theron 'Ends Relationship'

Charlize Theron has reportedly called off her engagement to Sean Penn.

According to a report from Us Weekly, the actress called time on the couple's relationship after they recently spent time together in Europe.

No details regarding the alleged split have been revealed.


Theron, 39, and Penn, 54, have known each other for a number of years, but in December 2013, they went public with their romance. Around a year into their relationship, the couple were said to have gotten secretly engaged during a trip to Paris, but neither ever party commented on the claims. In January of this year, Page Six reported that the actor had filed papers to adopt Theron's son, Jackson.
