Maria Sharapova Separates From Boyfriend

Maria Sharapova and Grigor Dimitrov have called time on their two-year romance.

The news was reportedly confirmed by tennis star Dimitrov on Friday.

According to the MailOnline, the 24-year-old said the couple had "split paths", but he wished his former partner "happiness and success".


He is understood to have been speaking to Bulgarian media, when he revealed: "Our paths split. We experienced wonderful moments together.

"I wish her much happiness and success in life and in tennis. Now I'm concentrated entirely on the game and I'm sure the results will soon be seen... This is the summer of the new beginning for me."

Sharapova, 28, and Dimitrov are thought to have started dating in early 2013, but only confirmed their relationship in May of that year.
