Alliance Leader David Ford was joined by a number of Alliance elected representatives during the parade, including Anna Lo MLA and many local Councillors, helping to carry the party's banner along the route to show its support for equal rights for all.
Mr Ford said: "Belfast Pride has become one of the annual highlights of the local calendar, eagerly looked forward to by many people. This week has already seen some fantastic events, attended by many people. This parade was a chance for everyone to come together and show everything that is positive about the LGBT community.
"It is also a chance to highlight that while much work has been done to combat discrimination, challenges still remain. We need to tackle issues such as adoption by single sex couples, the right for gay men to donate blood, homophobic bullying in schools and equal marriage."
