Simon Gregson has revealed he and his wife Emma are expecting another baby boy.
The actor, who is best known for playing Steve McDonald on Coronation Street, confirmed the news in an interview with OK! magazine.
Sadly, however, the couple also revealed that they were initially expecting twins, but Emma miscarried one of the babies in the early stages of her pregnancy.
Emma told the publication: "I wasn't very well at the beginning – I had really bad morning sickness and I just didn't feel quite right... We found out it was twins – two eggs in different sacs.
"We had to keep going back to the unit," she added. "But sadly only one of the twins survived. We're very lucky to have this one. There's no reason or explanation for it. It was just one of those things. I was a little disheartened. We just thought that everything happens for a reason."
The couple, who married in 2010, are already parents to sons Alfie, seven, and five-year-old Harry.
