In June, the pair announced their pregnancy news and now, speaking to OK! magazine, 27-year-old Webb said the news has brought them closer together.
She explained: "This pregnancy has definitely given us an even stronger bond."
Wolfenden, 35, added: "Having a child changes the dynamic of your relationship, but in a nice way. You have to become a team, which is a lovely thing."
The couple added that they plan to keep the sex of their unborn baby a secret, but they did reveal that their eldest son, Buster, would like a brother.
"He's so desperate for a little brother, so we're kind of hoping we get a boy. I think there's something really special about having two of the same. It would be great to have a boy now and then a girl in the future. That would be perfect," she said.
"We've always said we want a big family – I want my five-a-side football team – but that may change after the second one," her partner added.
Webb and Wolfenden first started dating in 2008 and announced their engagement the following year. Their son, Buster, was born in 2010. In August 2013, the couple confirmed they had separated and called off their wedding. They reunited last year, eight months after they had separated.
