The X Factor star was dumped during her third pregnancy and said it is not the end of the world.
Speaking to AOL's Being Mum, Rebecca said: "I think it's a situation women don't like to talk about.
“I think there’s an element of shame, I felt that much pain when I was pregnant that I felt like there would be other women who are feeling that and they too don't feel they can talk about it."
Rebecca is a mother to Lily Mae, 10, Carl, nine and six-month-old Arabella.
