The X Factor host is said to have taken the decision to sell the property following the couple's separation last month. Street moved into the 35-year-old's home last year after just eight months of dating. However, the couple separated a few months later. They were then thought to have decided to give their relationship a second chance after they were spotted together at Glastonbury festival in June; but just last month, they were said to have ended their romance again.
According to The Sun, Flack "can't face" living in the property anymore, due to the memories it brings back of her relationship.
A source is quoted as saying: "She's been asking friends if they want to buy it as she can't face staying in a place where they had good and sad times.
"Caroline is now looking for a new home, she has started the ball rolling. She wants a fresh start and somewhere to relax without the old memories."
The claims follow a recent interview with Flack who admitted that she is once again single.
