Jon Hamm Separates From Girlfriend

Jon Hamm has separated from his long-term girlfriend Jennifer Westfeldt, it has been confirmed.

The couple, who were in a relationship for 18 years, have been the subject of speculation in recent months, but on Monday they released a statement saying they were no longer together.


They said: "With great sadness, we have decided to separate, after 18 years of love and shared history. We will continue to be supportive of each other in every way possible moving forward."

No reason was given for the split.

Hamm, 44, and Westfeldt, 45, started dating in 1997. They never married and have no children.
