Mark Wright Hits Out At 'Strictly Curse'

Mark Wright has hit out at the so-called 'curse' that surrounds the private lives of those who appear on BBC talent show Strictly Come Dancing. Over the years, a number of celebrities – as well as the professional dancers – have suffered relationship breakdowns, with the show thought to have played a role on a few occasions.

However, Wright, who appeared on the show last year, has said the curse isn't true.

Speaking to The Mirror, the 28-year-old said: "I don't even want to comment on the 'curse'. It's nonsense. I don't even know what the curse means!"

The former TOWIE star was engaged to Michelle Keegan at the time, and has previously said spending so much time apart was hard.

"I did miss Michelle while I was working on the show but it's the same for everyone and every job you do. You just have to make sure you fit enough personal time into your day if you want your home life to be as perfect as it possibly can."

Wright and Keegan, also 28, tied the knot in May 2015.
