The 16-year-old made the confession in an interview with Miss Vogue.
He told the publication: "They're both strict, but about different things."
For example, his mother will tell him off for playing football in the house.
The teenager's comments come a week after his father revealed to ABC News that he and Victoria monitor their children's social media accounts.
"Brooklyn, he's got like 4 million Instagram followers. We control everything that he posts, everything that he does, and it's the same with our other kids," David explained.
"We've always been strict with the children. They have great manners – they always say 'please' and 'thank you' and I think that's important," Victoria commented to Good Morning America ahead of her show at New York Fashion Week earlier this month. "They're still fun and they still run around the house and they're still crazy and they're dancing and they're kicking footballs around, which I don't allow them to do.
"That seems to be the one area I can't discipline them, they will not stop playing football in the house," she added.
David, 40, and Victoria, 41, started dating in 1997. They became engaged in January 1998 and tied the knot the following year, in July. They have four children. Their son, Brooklyn, was born in 1999; Romeo, was born in 2002, and Cruz was born in 2005. In 2011, the couple welcomed a daughter, named Harper.
