Brian Austin Green To Seek Spousal Support From Megan Fox

Actor Brian Austin Green is seeking spousal support from his ex Megan Fox after she recently filed for divorce.

The pair had been together for 11 years and married for five. They both cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for their split.


US website TMZ obtained documents filed on Tuesday asking for spousal support and joint custody of their sons, Noah Shannon, 3, and Bodhi Ransom, 18 months.

The pair were involved in a car accident in December 2014 and while they were not injured TMZ claimed that Brian is suffering with vertigo "so bad that he can't get out of bed".

Brian and Megan started dating in 2004, however they are expected to equally divide their assets.
