Further Questions Added To Maternity Review Consultation

More questions have been added to the NHS England Maternity Review consultation, the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) has said.

The additional questions are aimed at those who experienced complications during their pregnancy, neonatal admission after the birth of their baby, or whose baby died during pregnancy, or shortly after birth.

Compiled with charities Sands and Bliss, the survey will remain open until 30 November, 2015.

The man consultation, however, has been running since September and ends next week, 15 November.

Led by independent chair Baroness Julia Cumberlege, the review is assessing maternity services in England and will consider how they should be developed to meet the changing needs of women and babies.

The survey can be found online here.
