According to The Sun, the couple have been dating since July, but have wanted to keep their romance out of the spotlight.
A source is quoted by the publication as saying: "Nicole is dating Grigor. They're completely besotted with each other, but they've been careful not to be pictured together because they don't want the pressure of the relationship being in the public eye."
They added: "Lewis [Hamilton, Nicole's ex] knows and is very unhappy. It's made him realise he isn't over her. He's been desperately trying to talk to Nicole over the last few weeks."
Scherzinger, 37, was previously in a seven-year on-and-off relationship with Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton, until they called off their romance for good in February. Dimitrov, 24, was previously dating tennis star Maria Sharapova. The couple were together for two years before going their separate ways this summer.
