A number of media reports had recently claimed that the couple had married after Hawn was said to have been spotted wearing a band on her ring finger. However, 64-year-old Russell has said that isn't the case – and their relationship is as it's always been.
Speaking to Extra, the actor said: "I was just talking to Goldie last night. I said, 'I should really have fun things to say. I have none'. They trot that [marriage] one out every four or five years, now that we're 400 years old... No, unfortunately, for those that need to hear yes, I do not have good news."
Russell and Hawn, 70, have been in a relationship since 1983. They have one son together, Wyatt, born in 1986. Both Russell and Hawn also have children from their previous marriages.
