Liam Neeson Pays Tribute To Late Wife

Liam Neeson has paid tribute to his late wife Natasha Richardson.

Speaking to John Benjamin during a segment 'My Favourite Song' on Radio Andy, the 63-year-old revealed how his late wife secretly took singing lessons, so she could surprise him on their wedding day. She performed Van Morrison's 'Crazy Love'.

The actor confessed: "Behind my back Natasha had been taking singing lessons to sing it to me. After the ceremony we were all going out to start the night's festivities and she grabbed the microphone and she sang me this (Van Morrison's Crazy Love).

"She had learned it and I was like 'Wow!'"

Neeson and Richardson tied the knot in 1994 and remained together until her death. They have two sons; Micheál and Daniel. In 2009, Richardson was involved in a skiing accident where she sustained a bang to the head, leaving her brain dead and on life support. She later passed away.
