The 'I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!' winner was discussing romance with her fellow Loose Women panelists when she accidentally revealed her plans for the most romantic day of the year.
The panel were talking about a recent study about women who love their partners, but no longer fancy them, to which Pattison said she had been really excited about her plans for 14 February, only for it to have been destroyed by the conversation.
"I believe in nothing anymore, nothing," she exclaimed.
Her confession was quickly picked up by her co-hosts, however, who started asking who the mystery man was. Trying to avoid answering the questions, she said: "I can't believe I let that slip. Come on lasses, I'm entitled to a little privacy, aren't I? He's a very good looking boy, I'll leave it at that."
She later promised to show the Loose Women panel photos of her mystery Valentine's Day date.
