The former Boyzone singer made the confession during an interview on The Jonathan Ross Show, which will air on Saturday evening on ITV.
Keating, 38, is already a father of three from his former marriage to Yvonne Connolly, but when asked by the host if he would like to have children with his second wife, he said: "Yes, maybe yes. I'd love to. We'll see how it goes. We'd love to. We'd love it, it'd be smashing."
Keating and Storm, who has since changed her surname to Keating, first met on the set of the Australian X Factor, where Keating was a judge and Uechtritz was a television executive. They announced their engagement in April 2015, and tied the knot in August of that year.
The singer was previously married to Yvonne Connolly. They married in April 1998, and separated in 2010 after it was revealed that Keating had been having an affair with a backing dancer. He and Connolly have three children together; Jack, 16, Missy, 14, and 10-year-old Ali.
