Speaking to Now magazine, 25-year-old Crosby explained: "We've never been in a relationship. We're best friends at the end of the day, and sometimes we kiss and have sex.
"There's something holding me back [with Gaz]. I don't trust him. I don't think I'll ever be able to trust him. I don't think it's a bad thing to say because of everything he's put me though."
The reality television star also spoke about her ex-boyfriend Mitch Jenkins, revealing that he could have been 'The One'. The couple dated on and off for a year, but called time on their romance for good last summer. She commented: "I think Mitch could have been 'the one'. I met him at a bad phase in my life where I wanted to have fun and I was still on Geordie Shore.
"If I met Mitch again – not now, as I don't believe in going backwards – I think he'd be the one I'd want to be with for the rest of my life."
