Rebecca Adlington Splits From Husband

Rebecca Adlington has announced her separation from husband Harry Needs.

In a short statement on her website, the former Olympic swimmer wrote: "It's after much thought and sadness that we confirm our separation.


"We move forward with respect for one another and our focus and commitment is on parenting our gorgeous daughter Summer. This will be our only comment on this private matter. Becky and Harry."

The couple's separation comes just 18 months after they tied the knot in a ceremony at The Ashes venue. The couple's daughter, Summer, was born in June 2015.
