Natalie King, 29, and her long-term partner Johnny Biggle, were attending the singer's concert as part of an early 30th birthday present for Miss King.
During the concert, Adele began performing her song 'Make You Feel My Love', when Mr Biggle got down on one knee and proposed to his partner of 12 years. Despite mid-song at the time, Adele saw the couple, and is said to have shouted "someone just proposed", before telling the couple to "get up here" and join her on the stage.
They told the singer about their son, five-year-old son Alfie, and how 'Make You Feel My Love' is their song. Adele then told the couple of their engagement: "That was the most beautiful thing I have ever witnessed at one of my shows. Thank you."
She then quipped that they should "save up" for their big day, adding: "Congratulations. Lovely to meet you both. Thank you," as they left the stage.
Speaking to the MailOnline afterwards, Miss King is quoted as saying: "I actually can't believe it. It's absolutely crazy what happened last night. I'm completely flabbergasted – I'm on cloud nine.
"I'm on my way to work, just done the school run and everyone is sending me messages to congratulate me and say they've seen us on the news and on videos – it's unbelievable."
