The 'This Morning' presenter made the revelation during a recent interview with Fabulous magazine.
The 35-year-old was discussing the success of the couple's marriage with the publication when she said: "I always say to Dan we're very lucky – we've got each other, family, a lovely home. He's got his own production company, which is hugely successful, and he's doing brilliantly. We're very lucky, that's for sure.
"And with everything else that's going on, we still fancy the pants off each other. That really helps."
However, she added: "Marriage is something we have to work at. You're an idiot if you think you just get married and then you tick along happily ever after for the rest of your life. At the same time it shouldn't be too difficult, but I do believe tiredness has a lot to answer for."
Willoughby and Baldwin tied the knot in August 2007. They have three children together; their first child, Harry, was born in May 2009. Their daughter, Belle, was born in April 2011, and their third child, a son named Chester, was born in September 2014.
