Billy Ray Cyrus Offers To Officiate At Daughter's Wedding

Billy Ray Cyrus has offered to officiate at a wedding – between his daughter, Miley, and her partner Liam Hemsworth.

Miley and Liam first met on the set of their 2010 movie The Last Song. In June 2012 they announced their engagement, but they separated the following year. However, in 2015, the couple reunited. They have since tried to keep their relationship out of the spotlight and have not said whether their engagement is officially back on, but Miley's father appears to have confirmed the speculation.


The singer-turned-actor was speaking about his latest movie – Still The King – where he plays a dysfunctional Elvis Presley-loving preacher, when he said that he wouldn't mind officiating at his daughter's wedding.

He told US breakfast show Today: "They're really happy together right now. They know if they need a preacher they've found one!"
