Peter Andre's Children 'Excited' About New Arrival

Peter Andre has revealed his children were "so excited" to hear that they will have a baby brother or sister later this year.

The singer-turned-television personality revealed earlier this year that he and his wife Emily MacDonagh are expecting their second child together, something which Andre admits came as a "shock".

Speaking to OK! Magazine, the 43-year-old said: "She [Emily] handed me a present. As I unwrapped it, I saw it was a pregnancy test. I was in total shock."

The couple have already been for scans, but unlike previous occasions, the couple have chosen to not discover the sex of their baby.

"For the first time ever we're not going to find out and I'm really excited because I'll be the first to know."

This will be Andre's fourth child, but his second with Emily, and he revealed his other children are so excited for the new arrival.

"They [Princess and Junior] both ran around in circles, they were so excited, especially Princess," he told the publication. "Junior was like: 'Awesome! Can I play on my iPad?'"

Andre and MacDonagh welcomed their first child together, a daughter named Amelia in 2014. Andre is also a father to son Junior and daughter Princess with his ex-wife Katie Price.
