Norris made the comments in his most recent column for Reveal magazine. He was commenting about Billie's recent holiday with her daughter Nelly. They were joined by Billie's sister, Samantha, and Sam's son Paul who is six-months-old.
Writing in the magazine, Norris said: "Sam and Billie are having a sunshine break together with the young 'uns. It's so nice that there's such a small age gap between Paul and Nelly, as they'll grow up to be best friends, just like their mummies."
He then added: "I still predict Billie will be expecting baby #2 by Christmas..."
Billie, 26, has previously said she would like another child, close in age to her daughter, who turns two in July.
