Louis Tomlinson Files For Joint Custody Of Son

One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has filed for joint custody of his son.

Louis became a father in January after Briana Jungwirth gave birth to their son Freddie Reign.

He has reportedly filed for legal and physical custody after Briana started being "inconsistent in giving Louis access", according to TMZ.


The pair reached a temporary custody agreement in February, however he now wants to see more of Freddie.

Briana currently lives in a $1 million rented home, which Louis pays for.

He also allegedly pays Briana $15,000 a month, however this could change if their case goes to court.
