Lady Gaga Separates From Fiancé

Lady Gaga has confirmed that she and her fiancé Taylor Kinney have separated.

The couple were in a relationship for five years.

In a message shared on Instagram, Gaga posted a black-and-white snap of the couple and wrote alongside: "Taylor and I have always believed we are soulmates. Just like all couples we have ups and downs, and we have been taking a break.


"We are both ambitious artists, hoping to work through long-distance and complicated schedules to continue the simple love we have always shared.

"Please root us on. We're just like everybody else and we really love each other."

Gaga and Kinney started dating in 2011 after meeting on the set of the singer's 'You And I' music video. They announced their engagement in February 2015.
