In documents obtained by TMZ, Heard's legal team claims Depp is attempting to stop the divorce from going ahead quickly after he informed Amber there would be a $100,000 fine for every time any financial information was leaked.
Amber currently has a restraining order against Johnny after she claimed he attacked her.
The pair split after 15 months of marriage.
