He added: "Welcome Felicity! The boys are officially out numbered in our house. Let the maternity see the leave!
"Thank you to all the Drs, nurses, wonderful maternity staff and the amazing team in NICU at St Mary's hospital who helped our baby girl."
The couple are also parents to a son and daughter.
