The couple were appearing on reality television show Ex On The Beach and had started dating, but then it was revealed that Bear had also developed feelings for fellow contestant Lillie Lexie Gregg. As a result, Bear called off his romance with Dawson, saying he didn't want a girlfriend. He then pursued Lillie.
The couple had an explosive falling out, but now, speaking to Reveal magazine at the Jeans for Genes event, Dawson has said of their brief romance: "I was very very drunk, obviously but I was upset to be honest. No girl likes being mugged off and it was just so s**t.
"I felt really insecure. The thing is, I heard him say, 'I want to f**k her off', so he purposely set out to annoy me – he planned it, which is horrible and rude!
"We had an argument afterwards and I should have thrown my drink over him but I didn't want to waste it on Bear!"
She added that the pair are now "just friends" and there is "zero flirting".
