According to TMZ, the documents clearly outline how the couple will divide their combined $400 million fortune.
The couple, who confirmed they were to divorce last week, own 12 properties. They were all purchased prior to their marriage. Seven of the homes belong to Pitt, while two belong to Jolie. The three remaining properties – said to be an apartment in New York, a mansion in New Orleans and a vineyard in France – were joint purchases.
It is not clear how the couple will arrange custody of their children. Jolie, 41, has asked for sole custody of the couple's six children, and asked for Pitt to have visitation rights. However, it has since been reported that the 52-year-old actor is to fight for custody of the children.
Pitt and Jolie married in 2014, 10 years after they first met on the set of 2005 movie Mr & Mrs Smith. The couple have six children together; Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and eight-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
