According to The Sun, the couple are said to have split over von Bismarck's partying ways.
The 29-year-old's refusal to settle down is said to have caused a number of arguments between the couple recently. A source is quoted by the newspaper as saying: "It sounds like it was a really heated argument and Kate has said she is done with him after that.
"She was really in love with him but has said she can't take any more and that she now has to move on."
An insider also said: "She [Kate] has told her friends that she was aware that Nikolai was having an adverse effect on her relationship with her daughter and that was a massive factor in her decision to end it."
Moss, 42, and von Bismarck started dating in 2015, following her separation from ex-husband Jamie Hince. The former model is a mother to Lila, 14, from a previous relationship with Jefferson Hack.
