Brad Pitt 'Will Not File Response To Divorce Petition'

It has been reported that Brad Pitt will not file a response to his wife's divorce petition.

According to TMZ, the actor is worried about what the long-term impact of a drawn our divorce battle could have on their children.

A source is quoted by the website as saying: "Brad wants joint legal and physical custody, but if he actually filed papers it would draw the battle lines. Angelina wants sole physical custody, setting up a possible custody war."


Jolie, 42, announced last month that she had filed for divorce from the 52-year-old. In her divorce petition, she has requested full physical custody of the couple's six children – Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne who are eight.
