Slash Believes Perla Ferrar Is A Bigamist

Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash believes his ex-wife Perla Ferrar is a bigamist.

According to TMZ, he wants a judge to say he was never married to Perla after he claimed her one month marriage to Carlos Marty in 1993 didn't end in divorce as the documents were not filed properly.


The error was revealed after the pair applied for dual citizenship for their son Cash and in 2009 a judge finalised the divorce and made it retroactive from 1994.

However, Slash claims the mistake means they were never properly married and he wants to keep his fortune.

There is a law for 'putative spouses', according to TMZ.

He has also requested joint physical and legal custody of their sons, 13-year-old London and 11-year-old Cash, according to the website.
