TOWIE Couple 'No Longer On Speaking Terms'

Former TOWIE couple Amber Dowdling and Chris Clark are no longer on speaking terms following the end of their relationship.

The pair, who star on the reality television show together, recently separated after Amber accused her partner of not being supportive enough as her family was going through a difficult time. When Chris tied to reunite with Amber, she said that she need space.

However, on the most recent episode of TOWIE Amber then phoned her ex to say that she still had feelings for him. Chris, then, took this as a sign that she wanted to get back together – only to be hold that wasn't the case. An argument erupted between them and it has now been revealed that they have agreed to stop talking.

Speaking to the TOWIE website, Amber explained: "I've never once said my feelings have gone for him, but with the situation I'm in, I can't be in a relationship, my head isn't in it. I've done that because I don't want to hurt him in the long run.

"It seems like it's getting really bitter which is obviously not what I wanted. I guess we both wanted different things so that's he only way it can go."

She continued: "I think he's taken that as me giving him false hope. I feel like if we have any more conversations we'll go round in circles.

"He has one view, I have another, we're not going to agree on any conversation we have, so I think it's probably best to just not talk as everything is really raw at the minute.

"I don't want to hurt him or be nasty, but I feel it will get to a point where I feel like he isn't understanding anything I'm saying so I think it's best to draw a line under it now."

Her former boyfriend added: "She knows how I feel, that's what f***ing with my head. The conversation didn't go well but I think it was a long time coming because I kept trying to tell her my feelings and she pushed me back, I think now it's got to a point where I need to say enough is enough.

"I don't think it's open ended now, I did try and try to say we can be friends and in the same room, but for my sake, it doesn't help me at all. I feel it needs to be cut now, I told her how I feel, she needs space and to do her own thing and I need to block it all out."
