The 37-year-old was making her debut appearance as a panellist on ITV's Loose Women when she made the admission.
She said: "I'm 37 but in my head I'm about 23/24. Of course you have to get your head around that biologically you can't have babies forever.
"I certainly would love to have children. I think with Frank having two little girls, you've got a strange sense of motherhood without being mummy, but it is a wonderful thing.
"There are no grandchildren in my family at all, so I know my mum and dad would secretly love it. They'd never put pressure on us but I know they'd secretly adore it."
She continued: "I would probably [have IVF]. I have very close friends that have gone down that road and I know it can be incredibly difficult. You go through various rounds and if they don't work, it can be very stressful for couples.
"It's one of those things where you just think, 'Well, I'll put my trust in whatever it is up there', but if you're told you're can't, then that's when I think I'll go down that route. I've had a very good trial period of him and I know he'll be a great dad."
Bleakley and Lampard, 38, tied the knot in 2015. The former footballer is already a father to two daughters, Luna, 11, and nine-year-old Isla.
