Danielle, who has three sons with ex-husband Jamie O'Hara, is currently pregnant with Michael's baby.
Speaking to Closer Magazine, she said: "We still have a spicy relationship and the sex is far from gone.
"I don't think that changes when you love someone so much.
"Michael has joked that if we have another boy, we'll have to get on it straight away and try again for a girl.
"At this rate, I think I'll still be popping out kids when I'm 90."
